NAPIT The National Association for Professional Inspectors and Testers, was formed in 1992 and have expanded their services to include the Competent Person's Scheme for electrical installations. NAPIT also certify installers for the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) which operates under the authority of the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC).
